HAZWOPER and Specialty Training29 Code of Federal Regulations 1910.120 requires specific initial and refresher training for work on specific sites which are regarded as associated with hazardous waste or conditions. Additionally, federal and state regulations require a host of other training specific to employee work hazards such as confined space entry, Excavation Competent Person, respiratory protection, etc. Much of this training can be provided by Ninyo & Moore personnel. |
 Specialty TrainingNinyo & Moore offers initial 40 hour or 8 Hour Refresher Training required by Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) CFR 1910.120 and site-specific specialty training such as confined space operations, respiratory protection or hazard communication.
