RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be required to support the staff by performing the following activities: answering and forwarding calls using a multi-line PBX phone and voicemail system, preparing outgoing mail and overnight deliveries, editing technical reports, proposals, letters and other correspondence; compiling data in forms spreadsheets and databases; performing special projects as requested, maintaining scheduling calendars, and scheduling and tracking vehicle usage. Candidate should be highly detailed-oriented, well organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Works closely with technical staff to provide assistance with special projects.

Required Skills:

Candidate should be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. MS Access experience a plus. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, good computer and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member. Must have a current valid driver's license.
