Job Description:

The candidate should have demonstrated practical experience dealing with asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold. Duties include conducting asbestos, lead based paint, and microbial surveys and assessments, conducting indoor air quality surveys or other industrial hygiene assessments, preparing abatement specifications and operations and maintenance plans, and providing abatement monitoring/oversight/clearance sampling. This is a full-time position.

Education:

The ideal candidate will, at a minimum, have an Associate's degree, or equivalent.

Required Skills:

This is a technician to senior staff level position for an individual with or recently earning their asbestos and lead certifications. Some experience performing asbestos, lead-based paint, microbiological surveys and assessments of other hazardous building materials.
