Lake Pleasant Water Treatment Plant

Ninyo & Moore was retained to provide construction quality control services during construction of the Lake Pleasant Water Treatment Plant. This project included construction of a 58,000 square foot Liquid Process Structure, a 14,000 sqare foot Visitors Center, and several associated site structures and facilites. Ninyo & Moore's services consisted of observation, testing and documentation of earthwork and foundation excavations and backfill; preparation of the building pad and parking lot subgrade, and placement of utility trench backfill; sampling and testing during concrete placement of footings, slab on grade and walls; and laboratory testing of soil, aggregate base course, concrete, and asphalt pavements.
